Tournament Info

Nusantara Cup X is being held on Bali, the Island of the Gods. A perfect location for friends and family, Bali offers everything you could want: beautiful weather, incredible culture, awesome nightlife, fantastic beaches and surfing, super-luxury accommodation at attractive prices.

Registration

We are accepting both team and individual registrations again this year.  The cost per player is Rp. 750,000/$75 USD, payable at the registration party on Thursday night.

Registration Party

This year's Registration Party will be on the rooftop of Seaside Restaurant, which is (not surprisingly) located right on the seaside and right next to our tournament hotel.  Things will kick off at 8:30pm and will go until around midnight.  Captain’s meetings, etc. will all go on here.

Tournament Dinner

This year's dinner (included in the tourney fee) will also be at Seaside Restaurant.  There will be a huge buffet to prepare you for a night of partying the likes of which you have never seen.

Party Theme

The tournament party is one of the most important and beloved traditions at the Nusantara Cup. With no games the next day and generally no sense of decency or propriety, it is an orgiastic celebration that's only really stopped by the next day's rising sun.

The theme of this party is Myths & Legends.

DiscIndo will be wearing as little clothing as possible. We challenge you to do the same!

Tournament Format

We will be playing by 11th Edition UPA rules, with typical changes for game time and caps (to be announced later).

The tournament will be played as 4-3, although captains are free to agree on such other arrangements as may be applicable for their teams.

Fields

The well-loved Sesetan fields are again our home in 2009.  As always, we will be providing private, chauffer driven buses for your convenience and comfort.  Now with complimentary absinthe!  The map is below:

Flights

Get your flights as soon as you can! It’s a popular weekend to spend in Bali.

Hotel

We're happy to announce the Jayakarta Bali Resort and Spa as the official tournament hotel for this year's tourney. It’s a long weekend and very popular, so book now - first come, first served!  It’s right next door to our tournament dinner location, a 2 minute walk from our after-party locations and right in front of one of Bali’s most famous surf breaks.

Hotel rooms are US$60 double/twin per night including a buffet breakfast for two.

Visa

Most countries can obtain an entry visa upon arrival in Indonesia (you will receive a form to fill out on the plane and will be charged USD10 for 7 days & USD25 for 30 days).  Check with your local embassy or consulate to make sure before you travel.  

By the way, MAKE SURE YOU BRING A COPY OF YOUR RETURN TICKET WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO THROUGH IMMIGRATION. It's a requirement of the Tourist Visa, and can cause delays if you don't have it.
